Project Outline
Centre Parcs Sherwood Forest needed a set of video assets that promoted their unique conference and events space - elevating their events offering, whilst honouring their strict brand guidelines.
The goal was clear: produce two seamless, one take films showing how a single venue can transform, plus a hero showcase that captured the magic of conferences and events in the heart of 400 acre pine woodland.
The Challenge
Centre Parcs’ conference and events venues pride themselves on being a “truly unique alternative” to standard corporate spaces, so every piece of content has to align with a well established brand identity, built around world class facilities, luxury accommodation and team building activities set among the trees.
Filming had to be carefully choreographed to protect guests and maintain the integrity of the forest environment. The brief demanded meeting stringent health and safety requirements: shooting at sunrise was the best way to maximise safety, atmosphere and creativity within strict parameters.
The Solution
A production hinged on precision and storytelling.
First, the venue was dressed in one configuration and captured in a single flowing FPV drone take… yes, no cuts, no edits. Then, the space was re set in a completely different layout and filmed again. Both one take assets placed viewers inside the experience, moving through high ceilinged rooms with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake.
To anchor the work in Centre Parcs’ identity, a broader showcase film tied everything together. Shot at sunrise, inviting viewers to imagine walking in first thing in the morning among the forest dew.
The result
The final delivery comprised three refined assets: two one take films demonstrating the venue’s use cases, and an atmospheric showcase piece that encapsulated the adaptability of the Centre Parcs conference facilities: flexibility, nature and luxury.
The project gave Centre Parcs Sherwood Forest content captured a journey: from sunrise in the forest to boardroom plenaries, from al fresco networking in the Forest Courtyard to immersive team building adventures outdoore.
The films reinforced Centre Parcs’ position as a unique, premium destination where business meets nature, and proved that even within tight guidelines, a commercial edge and cinematic storytelling can coexist.
