Working With ShotByTaz

The no-fluff version of my terms.

I like to keep things simple, clear, and fair. Here’s how it works when you book me for a project:

Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit locks in your project and gets things moving.

• The final 50% is due on delivery of your finished video.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

Production & Timelines

• We’ll agree on dates and schedules upfront.

• I always work to deadlines, but things like weather, client feedback, or external suppliers can shift timelines.

• Either way, you’ll always know where we’re at.

Revisions

• Your project includes agreed rounds of edits (usually 1–2).

• Extra edits outside that are billed fairly — no surprises.

Footage & Ownership

• Once the final balance is paid, the finished films are yours to use as agreed.

• I keep the rights to showcase the work in my portfolio.

• Raw footage (rushes) isn’t included by default but can be provided for an additional fee.

Cancellations & Postponements

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, fees may apply depending on notice given.

• This covers my time, planning, and any third-party costs already committed.

Insurance & Safety

• I’m fully covered with public liability insurance.

• Any kit or facilities you provide are at your own risk — I recommend you’ve got cover in place.

Confidentiality

• Sensitive information stays that way. Any confidential material is handled with complete discretion.

The bottom line: I aim to make working together smooth, creative, and stress-free.
